James 做 service

设定JAVA路径：
wrapper.java.command=%JAVA_HOME%/bin/java

安装Windows Services：
Wrapper.exe -i ..\conf\wrapper.conf

删除Windows Services：
Wrapper.exe -r ..\conf\wrapper.conf
